This project analyzes customer churn data to identify the key factors influencing whether a customer leaves a telecom service. Using skills in data wrangling, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and statistical correlation, the project shows that features like contract type, tenure, and payment method are highly associated with customer retention. This project uses visualization, feature interpretation, and data storytelling to translate patterns into actionable insights for improving customer retention strategies.
